Hundreds of people in the US and Europe claim their government is experimenting on them using electromagnetic and neurological devices. This is a concerted effort of all technologically advanced countries to ultimately gain total control of every person on earth.

The evidence presented herein speaks for itself. However, I wish to testify also, as a victim and eye-witness to the atrocities visited upon selected human targets by these "secret" technologies.

Since mid-February 1992, I have experienced a number of startling effects:

· Sensations of heat and cold on various parts of my body.
· Manipulation of sense of taste. For instance, my food and drink can be made to taste altogether different, or to be totally tasteless.
· Manipulation of vision. My eyesight can be "made" blurry, or seem as if I were seeing through a fog.
· Manipulaton of sense of touch. Various parts of my body can be made to tingle, vibrate or become entirely numb.
· Frequent pain: abdominal pain, headaches, earaches, toothaches that linger for several hours or that come and go in a minute's time. A stinging pain in my eyes.
· Sleep deprivation, or the feeling of being "wired."
· Vivid dreams.
· Memory and concentration are continuously severely affected.
· Control of emotional states, i.e., feelings of anger, anxiety, lethargy, peace, numbness, exhiliaration, etc.

That these experiments, social punishment, behavior modification, or whatever, are cruel, unusual and lawless is beyond dispute. As the evidence continues to accumulate, and interest increases about this bizarre assault system, some form of action and investigation will ensue.

On Sunday, 17 December 1995, viewers in U.K. saw an hour-long T V. program which, at long last, puts across the clear message that "free ... all » energy" is on the way.
In the opening stages Arthur C. Clarke explained how there were four stages in the way scientists react to the development of anything of a revolutionary nature. "Free energy" was now working its way through these four stages of reaction, which were:
a: "It's nonsense," b: "It is not important," c: "I always said it was a good idea," and d: "I thought of it first."
The scene moved to Rome, Georgia where Jim Griggs of Hydrodynamics, Inc. demonstrated the assembly and operation of a "hydrosonic water pump" which operated over-unity by producing hot water or steam with energy in excess of the electrical energy input to the pump motor. "Over-unity" was confirmed by satisfied customers, including the Albany Fire Station, where engineers from the "local university" and the "local power company" had been called in to verify the over-100% efficiency.

Ex-Außenminister Fischer verhöhnt Mandat und Volk
Das einstige grüne Aushängeschild Joseph Fischer tritt endgültig von der politischen Bühne ab und wechselt als Dozent an die US-Elite-Universität Princeton. Der Abschied ist ein leiser und schlägt doch ein wie ein Paukenschlag - Fischer läßt zum Abschied Wähler wie Partei nochmals wissen, was er von ihnen hält - nichts.
Volker Meisinger-Persch ist Leiter des Frankfurter Wahlkreisbüros des Abgeordneten Fischer und ahnungslos: "Ja ich habe das auch in der Presse, also dem ,Spiegel', gelesen." Meisinger-Persch hat offenbar herzlich wenig Einblick in die unmittelbaren Pläne Fischers: "Ich weiß auch nicht, was die in Princeton mit ihm vorhaben", rutscht ihm am 22. Juni raus. Ein Noch-Abgeordneter auf dem Ego-Tripp, seine engsten Mitarbeiter außen vor - Fischer habe nichts gesagt, beteuert sein Frankfurter Büro, auf die Feststellung "Sie müßten das doch wissen!?" reagiert Fischers Umgebung genervt: "Keine psychologischen Fragen!" - Ende des Gesprächs.

Tags darauf meldet die "Süddeutsche" Fischers Rücktritt vom Bundestagsmandat. Der nähme seinen Wählerauftrag eh nicht ernst: "In den Bundestag spazierte Fischer allenfalls noch auf ein Schwätzchen. Der ansonsten wortgewaltige Grüne hat seit der Bundestagswahl keine einzige Rede mehr gehalten." Ein Abschied, stellvertretend für eine Politikergeneration. Beim Frankfurter Fischer-Team herrscht auch an diesem Tag Ratlosigkeit: "Als Wahlkreisbüroleiter weiß ich doch nicht,
was los ist!" Dabei war man vorgewarnt. Bereits am 20. Juni hatte die "Frankfurter Rundschau" mit Verweis auf die Frankfurter Grünen, deren Aushängeschild Fischer noch ist, über einen möglichen "Rückzug aus der aktiven Politik" spekuliert. Den Begriff für den Absprung hätten seine Freunde schon gefunden - "Touchdown". Stimmt es, daß Fischer seinen Abschied nimmt? "So habe ich das verstanden", interpretiert der Büroleiter. Was sagen sie den Wählern? "Was wollen sie denn von mir hören?", fragt der Büroleiter.
Gestern noch Geheimnisträger im deutschen Spitzenamt, morgen schon an einer US-Eliteuni - Fischers kalter Abgang nach der Bundestagswahl warf so manche grüne Karriere über den Haufen, ist berüchtigt. Nun setzt er zur finalen Ballübergabe an. Touchdown ist die "höchstwertige Art" zu punkten, sprich am meisten zu verdienen, den "Ball in die gegnerische Endzone zu tragen" - so formuliert es ein Sportlexikon. Fischer kommt es nur darauf an. Ihm mag gefallen, als Irakkriegsgegner der künftigen Elite der Irakkriegsmacht die Leviten zu lesen.
Der Wähler hingegen, der auf Fischer gesetzt, ihn bezahlt hat, hat kein Recht zu erfahren, was "Joschka" zu tun gedenkt, ob und wann er sein Mandat hinschmeißt. Die Hinhaltetaktik dauert seit Januar an - keine Erklärung, nichts. Als vor fünf Monaten der "Stern" eine Gastprofessur Fischers in Princeton ins Gespräch brachte, sagte der, er habe noch keine Entscheidung getroffen, ein Angebot sei aber gemacht worden. Princeton nahm eine Ankündigung Fischers als Dozent wieder aus dem Internet - offenbar auf Fischers Wunsch. Mißachtung von Mandat und Volk könnten nicht drastischer sein - ginge es nach Fischer, dürfte es nicht mal Gerüchte geben, Klagedrohungen gegen Journalisten standen im Raum. (preussische-allgemeine)

Joseph Martin Fischer hat übrigens keinen Schulabschluß. Er verließ das Gottfried- Daimler- Gymnasium in Stuttgart- Bad-Cannstadt nach der zehnten Jahrgangsstufe mit dem Vermerk im Jahreszeugnis: "ist nicht berechtigt in die elfte Jahrgangsstufe überzutreten". Somit hat er nach damaliger und auch heutiger Schulordnung überhaupt keinen Schulabschluß.

2003 hat Fischer in Princeton eine Grundsatzrede gehalten und als deutscher Außenminister eine gleichberechtigte Partnerschaft offeriert, um den Kampf für eine"neue Weltordnung" gemeinsam zu gewinnen. Die neue Weltordnung werde internationale Ordnungsverluste beseitigen und eine positive Globalisierung durchsetzen. Dabei müßten sämtliche Mittel zur Anwendung kommen, so daß kriegerische Gewaltaktionen ausdrücklich nicht ausgeschlossen sind. (Quelle:ZF) Fischer heute: "Pazifist war ich eigentlich nie!" Der SPIEGEL brachte vor 5 Jahren die Überschrift: "Joschka, Garant amerikanischer Interessen" und lt. Rheinischer Merkur sagte Fischer: "Ich bin überzeugter Transatlantiker".
