Brotherhood of the Bell: Black Arts & Black Sciences
By William Dean Ross

The majority of people worldwide do not know what the terms Black Operations and Black Sciences mean or how they are used. Black Operations were developed after World War I; but, really flourished after World War II during the Cold War. Congress allocated money to the Pentagon, the CIA and other Defense Department sectors to make the United States military as strong as possible, but certain projects became more secret than others did. The more secret projects were funded by the civilian sector at first - such as "pet peeve" defense contractors already in the loop.

As time went on, the "privy" developed into a real clique of not only specially screened corporations but also choice individuals found by federal talent hunts. A new sub-culture was born with a new personality and belief system - separate from mainstream Americans.

Cutting-edge technology such as stealth aircraft, invisible hovercraft, extremely low frequency mind control, weather control, and cloning became secret sciences. The new knowledge was and still is not available to the regular Army, to Congress, or to any University. The most secret of the secret was in the hands of a power-hungry few that tied itself to the World Bank for the future funding of its projects. They developed "think tanks" - like Stanford and Tavistock - to keep the masses fooled about everything.

The deception grew like a cancer into every area of industrialized society. They moved into everything from the Mafia to Harvard University to International Banking. They learned how to control the media and, thus, they controlled the television, Hollywood, every newspaper, every educational institution and every person's mind - at least to a certain point.

Accusations of abuse and inhuman acts by the C.I.A. and F.B.I. were investigated by Congress in 1977. They used the excuse of "national security" for every crime they committed. Under the guise of "national security", there has not been an investigation of their highly illegal activities since 1977. Your Congress, your President and your Supreme Court are actually scared of them. A mountain of evidence points to the fact that they have killed thousands, including corporate executives and politicians - like JFK. They are thus considered the "Invisible Government."

The "Invisible Government" needs a name at this point, so let us call it "The Brotherhood of the Bell." This was a 1960's movie about such a conspiracy. By the way, Bell Corporation made the first flying saucer called "The Bell" - for the "Invisible Government" because it was shaped like a bell. Therefore, I shall call the "Brotherhood of the Bell", or simply, "B.O.B."

B.O.B. became an internationally funded and operated organization that developed its totalitarian tactics for worldwide economic, political and military control. B.O.B. led us to believe that half of the earth was religious-capitalism defended by the CIA and the other half of the world was atheist communism defended by the KGB. But, in actuality the International Bankers and ancient esoteric secret societies with an octopus of intelligence agencies controlled the entire earth -

even through World Wars I and II. Whenever a few cliques decided to go into business for themselves and break away from the monopoly system, we would have a world war. The same is true today; so do not mess with the super-bankers.

The Cold War ended because of a worldwide cry for "peace". The old industrialist-banker game of churning up another war for the military-industrial complex was becoming more and more difficult. Their "think-tanks" had to come up with a new strategy to subdue this "New Left" ideology. Time, also, changed technology thus the bankers and industrialists no longer needed large populations to do the farming, work in the factories or even fight in their war-machine game. Advanced computers, robots and artificial intelligence bio-electronics and cloning eliminated the need of all of these useless eaters. Top secret meetings were held as early as 1960, developing strategies like, for example, "The Report From Iron Mountain."

The "New Left", with all of it's altruistic and humanitarian concepts would be the "Trojan Horse" that would bring in the largest "shadow of death" to fall on mankind in the written history of the earth. In "Globalist" books, in their reports at the United Nations, on their statues and art at the new Masonic airports, on their shrines like the "Georgia Guide Stones", they all call for a massive de-population of the earth! They also command eliminating democracy and culture under the guise of a new "think tank" invented international religion and government.

On the other hand, certain racist New Right organizations have and are being manipulated by the Black Ops agent provocateurs to appear hostile to the masses through their song bird media. The truth is that these groups are very aware of certain concepts of the New World Order; but, they cannot see that they are being used as "scapegoats" and "patsies" for Black Operations" sabotage. The invisible government always uses some sort of chaos they create to steer public demand for social change - such as gun control. Their hoodwinking games are from the old Masonic term "Ordo Ab Chao." They create the problem secretly but their politicians come forward openly with a new solution - Order Out of Chaos.

B.O.B.'s old excuse was "national security" for its cruelty to mankind. Now it is made of a string of excuses, like: "To save the children", or: "To save nature!" The truth is that "The Brotherhood of the Bell" is destroying more nature with its' top secret projects like the nuclear bomb, chemical and biological warfare, and H.A.A.R.P. (High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program) than we the "useless eaters" could ever imagine doing.

When the Berlin wall came down, the Black Operations of the East merged with the Black Operations of the West. The "think tanks" now include Soviets and Red Chinese. They have mixed their ideas for an One World Order and have mixed their military Special Forces together in a scheme to execute the "cleansing" or "killing fields."

What these "Brave New World" types do not know is that once again they are being used to satisfy the greedy appetites of the super power-elite! Those in the Cabal know that an inter-dimensional society, an etheric civilization more invisible than they are controls their minds and souls. They honor these Ascended Masters or Gods with blood and sacrifice - as they always have through the history of the Dark Nobility and Black Arts Occultism! They know the Lord of this earth is Lucifer and that he must be appeased.

The "Black Budget" then started to be used for the "Black Arts" and became known as the "Black Sciences." The earliest projects actually started prior to World War I while the more popular ones started around World War II. The U.S. Army was in charge of making the "A-bomb" in the "Manhattan Project" and the U.S. Navy was in charge of making stealth equipment and invisibility in the "Philadelphia Experiment."

After the war, the scientists of both projects were joined with Nazi scientists from Germany and NASA and the National Security Agency were formed. Previous experiments, like "The Babalon Working", and "The Montauk Project" used Nazi occultists and scientists to communicate with and materialize inter-dimensional beings. They also started working on inter-dimensional time travel and eugenics/cloning. Thus, the Black Sciences were born.

The Black Sciences are the most secret of all secrets and are seriously guarded by specially screened soldiers of Black Operations. It is their hope to merge the seen world with the unseen world. It is their goal to make sure we have a "oneness-of mind" and are spiritually harmonized to a frequency that will bring this about. The Ascended Masters have commanded them to eliminate the "Old World", with all of its old ideas and all of its old people. A new generation with a "New World View" is the agenda of the day.

That is why many conservatives, Christians, Jews, Muslims, and Buddhists are on the surveillance and extermination lists. That is why more anti-Constitutional laws are becoming the "New Law." That is why those in the know from all religions and political ideologies are getting concerned.

The "Black Operations" work for the "Black Sciences" who worship "Black Occult Religions" of the "Brotherhood of the Bell."

CFR Making Moves on American Sovereignty

CFR Making Moves on American Sovereignty
(Issue #26, June 26, 2006)
Council on Foreign Relations has influence on Bush & Fox; group suggests the ‘Amero’ be the new money of the Americas

By Ralph Forbes

President Bush’s publicity stunt pretending to protect our borders is worse than a transparent ploy.

Washington bureaucrats, backed by prominent think tanks, are now proposing the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), which will give you “a safer and more prosperous North America” with “freedom, economic opportunity, and strong democratic institutions.” That’s what the neo-cons promised they’d do to Iraq.

The SPP “trilateral effort to increase security and enhance prosperity” they have planned for us is even worse than what they’ve done for Iraq. Sponsored by the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the SPP is the blueprint to drive the last nail into what once was a sovereign constitutional republic. It is NAFTA on steroids.

El Presidente Bush and his amigo Vicente Fox are merging Social Security so that illegal fraudsters can loot the trust fund. While the CFR stooges in Washington export American jobs and our manufacturing foundation to potential foes worldwide, Fox is exporting Mexico’s problems—poverty, crime, drugs and disease—to his colony north of the border.

Apparently unprotected borders aren’t bringing in millions of invaders fast enough for the globalists; they are putting NAFTA on growth hormone by building Interstate 69, a planned 1,600 mile international highway stabbing through America’s heartland from Mexico to Canada.

Bush and Fox are following globalist marching orders to erase the borders; eradicate the American middle class; abolish the Bill of Rights and eliminate even the pretense of constitutional government; to steal what little wealth and security you have left by replacing worthless federal reserve notes with Ameros—that will be worth even less—and to reduce the American people to serfs.

The “Amero,” is the name of the new currency proposed by Robert Pastor, a vice chairman of the CFR task force that produced the report “Building a North American Union.” It will replace the U.S. dollar, the Canadian dollar and the Mexican peso.

Last year, Pastor, the director of the Center for North American Studies at American University, and author of the book, Toward a North American Community, testified before the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee in favor of limiting the power and sovereignty of the United States in deference to the CFR’s desired super-regional entity.

Building a North American Union is the blueprint contrived by globalist groups like the CFR and Bilderberg. The North American Union is proposed to supplant the sovereign governments of the United States, Canada and Mexico with a “super-regional governance board.”

Under the North American Union, Congress is to be superseded by a North American Parliamentary Group. As corrupt as Congress is, an unelected “parliamentary group” would be infinitely worse.

As bad as many court rulings are, the North American Union’s Permanent Tribunal on Trade and Investment would have supremacy over the U.S. Supreme Court, amassing entangling precedents and laying the groundwork for North American business law. It would make Americans nostalgic for even the Warren court.

As ineffectual as “Homeland Security,” FEMA, and the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement have been in securing our borders, do Americans really want them replaced by the North American Union’s North American Customs and Immigration Service, which would have authority over American immigration policy and trade issues?

Pastor wants the trilateral SPP institutionalized in a new North American Advisory Council [NAAC]. NAAC would be composed of 15 distinguished individuals, five from each nation, to prepare a North American agenda for biannual summits and to supervise the implementation of the integration of the United States and Canada into Mex-America Nuevo Supremo.

BIG SURPRISES AT BILDERBERG

EVEN POLICE-STATE SECURITY CANNOT SILENCE HONEST MEDIA

rss202

By James P. Tucker Jr.

Bilderberg expects interest rates to rise and many Americans to lose their
homes in the months ahead. Meanwhile, they hope they can pressure President Bush to refrain from an all-out invasion of Iran while maintaining oil prices at their current record-high levels of about $70 a barrel.

Timothy Geithner, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, predicted rising interest rates and difficulties for families that have obtained adjustable rate mortgages, or “variable” interest rates. Many are likely to lose their homes as rising home mortgage rates add hundreds of dollars to their monthly payments, he said. While most listened solemnly and some expressed concern, one was heard to say, “stupid Americans deserve their fate.”

Many Americans, especially young families, have been buying expensive homes at low but “variable” interest rates. Others have been paying just the interest owed on their homes and not the principal. They are the most vulnerable, Geithner said. Some have paid little or nothing down. Some institutions “lend” buyers the down payment.

When home construction peaks and prices start downward, many will find they owe more on their home than it is worth in the marketplace. They will also find their mortgage—even “interest-only” payments—are unaffordable.
The banks will get the homes back and sell them again.

Again, the term “stupid Americans” was heard among clucks of sympathy or silent indifference. According to one source, no concern was expressed by Allan Hubbard, assistant to President Bush for economic policy.

European Bilderbergers said they would have no part in an invasion of Iran, something Bush says is an “option on the table.” Although NATO is helping by adding 9,000 troops in Afghanistan, expect no help if Iran is invaded, they said. “We will not help you fight a war for Israel,” one said.

Several noted that Israel has had nuclear weapons since at least 1963 and has never signed on to the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, so no international inspections are conducted. It was the late George Ball, a charter member of Bilderberg who was No. 2 man in the State Department under presidents John Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson, who first revealed that Israel has nuclear weapons.

“Is it not reasonable that Iran would need such a deterrence against Israel?” an unidentified Bilderberger was heard saying. “If you invade Iran, Israel is your only ally and good luck.” One suggested that “surgical strikes”—but no land invasion—may be tolerated but others said they would be ineffective.

Listeners to this dialogue included Eival Gildy of Israel, head of “coordination and strategy in the office of the prime minister,” and Ziad Abu Amr, member of the Palestinian Legislative Council, president of the Palestinian Council on Foreign Relations and professor of political science at Birzeit University. Ahmad Chalabi, former deputy prime minister of Iraq and one of the key sources of disinformation about Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction, was also present.

William Luti, special assistant to Bush for defense policy, and Richard Perle, former high Defense Department official and still a close adviser to Bush, responded that the United States is simply trying to stop the spread of nuclear weapons and make the world “safe.” But, said one European: “How ‘safe’ do you think the world will be if you invade Iran and Iran responds by firing missiles on your ally, Israel? Israel will nuke Iran in response and you will have your ‘proliferation.’”

Robert Zoellick, deputy secretary of state, said it would be necessary to keep the invasion “option” to pressure Iran into agreeing to abandon its nuclear weapons program.

“You’re wrong,” the European answered. “Iran simply refuses to be bullied by the United States. Save us a lot of trouble and forget about invading Iran.” The Americans remained silent.

Bilderberg’s mood was described as “uneasy” when it came to the issue of oil, a discussion followed closely by such oil-rich participants as banker David Rockefeller, Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands and Franco Bernabe, vice chairman of Rothschild Europe.

The “Latin American problem” mixed the issue of oil with Bilderberg’s scheme to expand NAFTA throughout the Western Hemisphere and have it evolve into an “American Union” patterned after the European Union. Hugo Chavez, head of Venezuela, is not only raising taxes on the extraction
of oil from his country, he is trying to establish a trade coalition with neighboring nations that would block the expansion of NAFTA by creating the Free Trade Area of the Americas.

Bilderberg’s consensus seemed to be to not force higher oil prices at the moment, but be content with the immense profits enjoyed now.

Chavez’s barrier to NAFTA expansion leaves them moody because establishing an “American Union” is a critical step toward Bilderberg’s goal of establishing the United Nations as a world government.

Visiting US official evades querieson Mossad-backed terror network
By Meris Lutz
Special to The Daily Star

BEIRUT: The US House of Representatives Democratic Assistance Committee arrived in Lebanon Monday with the intention of "exchanging expertise" with Lebanese lawmakers, but the visit merely highlighted the US delegation's unwillingness to waiver from the official agenda to answer specific questions on the Lebanese case.

Committee chairman David Drier pointedly ignored repeated questions from reporters about the recently uncovered Mossad-linked terrorist group while speaking to the press after talks with Speaker Nabih Berri.

"I repeat, this visit focuses on democracy in the parliaments, which we are seeking to build relations with, and this is our mission," he said after being asked a second time about his opinion on the Mossad-sponsored network and the US reaction to it.

The US committee faced more difficult questions during a seminar on congressional committees which was attended by academics and politicians who took the opportunity to pose questions about the US legal process and the country's policies.

"There's a wide range of views in America toward our policy in Iraq and the Middle East, and even within our delegation," said Drier, responding to criticism of the US role in Iraq and its continued support of Israel.

"I agree with some [policies] and not others, but our mission is to focus on building relationships," he said. "We are here to talk about our own experiences, not to impose ideas on anyone."

"We understand that we have very different constitutional systems, but we are both democracies with a strong stake in representative government," added Congressman Dave Price.

Drier concentrated on the "need for an independent Parliament and adequate oversight of decisions by the executive branch," but would not elaborate on the US refusal to recognize the current chief executive, President Emile Lahoud.

"We're not in the midst of determining what should happen in Lebanon," Drier told The Daily Star. "All I'm doing is talking about the United States and what we do, and we're setting it as an example: We work independent of the executive branch and we do everything we can to make sure that others around the world can see that."

Mysteries of the Masons
THE SECRET SOCIETY RAISES $2 MILLION A DAY FOR CHARITY AND PREACHES BROTHERLY LOVE AND TOLERANCE - BUT WILL IT BE THE NEXT OPUS DEI?
By Colleen O'Connor
Denver Post Staff Writer
DenverPost.com

Secrets, codes, hidden treasures and lost religions. We just can't seem to get enough, including movies like "National Treasure" and "The Da Vinci Code," which both swirled around secrets of the Knights Templar.
Our lust for the secret knowledge is driving the much-anticipated release of two sequels in 2007: "National Treasure 2" and Dan Brown's "The Solomon Key," about the secret society of Freemasons, which legend connects to the Knights Templar.
Most of us experience these adventures second-hand on the giant screens of pop-culture entertainment, but people like John Lawton, 45, live the mystery.
He's Captain General of the Knights Templar commandery in Denver, one of the chivalric orders of Freemasonry.
"We don't go to Jerusalem and battle Saracens anymore," he says.
Mostly Freemasons organize family picnics or charitable fundraisers like the corn roast they'll hold on the 16th Street Mall on Aug. 11. They also teach moral lessons and study estoeric philosophies based on the Kabbalah.
Lawton devotes about 14 nights a month to this lifestyle. He is a member of three Masonic lodges in Denver and serves as an officer in six of Masonry's many different organizations.
"I come from a Masonic family, so I wanted to find out what the mystery was about," he says. "But I stayed for the fellowship. I meet people who are very knowledgeable, and we have fascinating discussions about history and current events."
As manager for Highlands Masonic Lodge, Lawton also answers e- mails from men interested in joining the Masons, the world's oldest and largest fraternal organization.
He believes movies like "National Treasure" and "The Da Vinci Code," which included Freemasonry in the plot, drive some of the curiosity.
"But I don't think the movies are stimulating the interest as much as they're part of a renewed interest over the past five years," he says.
"There's a desire to find out what the mystery and intrigue are about. But I think younger people are getting burned out on video games, and would rather have human contact and fraternal relations."
America's fascination with secret societies, from the Masons to Opus Dei, is evident in bookstores across America. Some books even reveal Masonic secrets and rituals.
And then there's Dan Brown's next novel, "The Solomon Key," about the Freemasons and the founding of America.
The book isn't expected to be published until next year, but already a cottage industry of Freemasonry exposé is springing up around it: DVDs like "Dan Burstein's Secrets of Angels, Demons & Masons," and books like "Secrets of the Widow's Son: The Mysteries Surrounding the Sequel to the Da Vinci Code."
Some Masons are getting their talking points ready, in case they turn out to be the next Opus Dei.
"It could be very negative," says Stephen Munsinger, chief executive officer of the Scottish Rite Masons of Colorado, and a District Court judge in the 1st Judicial District who formerly worked in the U.S. Attorney's Office.
"We're concerned that it will say we're against traditional Christianity or established religions, or that (we're) some type of right-wing, left-wing, or off-the-wall religious sect, or that we're pushing some secret agenda for religious purposes."
The problem is that the secrecy inherent to Masonry leads outsiders to suspect the organization of countless conspiracies.
To some degree, it's something the Masons have brought upon themselves, says Steven Bullock, author of "Revolutionary Brotherhood: Freemasonry and the Transformation of the American Social Order."
"In the early days of Masonry someone with a sword stood outside the door of the lodge rooms to keep people out," he says.
"The secrets of Masonry have been blown up to be this amazing thing, and the Masons themselves are responsible for mythologizing it."
Because of the secrecy, over the centuries Masons have been accused of everything from elitisim to Satanism.
Truth and myth twist into distorted reality. History is forgotten.
People who grew up in Denver's Highlands neighborhood, for example, are familiar with the large sand-colored Masonic Temple on Federal Boulevard.
Yet most are too young to remember its origins, when the cornerstone laid in 1927 was heralded by a vast procession parade of 150 Knights Templar and the El Jebel Shrine Band.
The origins of Freemasonry itself are similarly shrouded, or forgotten.
Most academics trace Freemasonry back to the medieval stonemasons who built the great cathedrals of Europe. The secret handshakes and passwords developed back then, because they frequently traveled to strange towns and needed a way to prove they were part of the mason's guild.
The formal organization of Freemasons started in 1717, however, with the Grand Lodge of England, when the work of masonry became not physical but philosophical.
Instead of building churches, they became the builders of men. Their trademark remained the square and compass of the ancient architectural craftsmen, and they created a symbolic set of instructions based on this lineage to instruct men in the moral and spiritual life.
The three Masonic degrees - entered apprentice, fellow craft and master mason - are given after rituals that include extensive memorization of texts, along with secret handshakes and passwords.
"The study of their history, philosophy, symbolism, and ritual can consume a lifetime of research and practice," writes Christopher Hodapp, past master of Knights Templar, in "Freemasons for Dummies."
In the 18th century, with its emphasis on Enlightenment values - equality, fraternity and liberty - Freemasonry became associated with social, even revolutionary, change.
Such American patriots as Benjamin Franklin and George Washington were Freemasons. Nine signed the Declaration of Independence, and 13 signed the Constitution.
This intersection of Masonry and American history triggered conspiracy theories that Freemasons seek control of the government.
20060625_023908_STY25_masons3
But Masons say their only goal is to build good men who work behind the scenes to improve their neighborhoods.
"We're a brotherhood of men under the fatherhood of God," says Thomas Cox, grand master of the Grand Lodge of Colorado. "The Freemasons of North America give over $2 million a day, 365 days a year, to philanthropic projects."
He comes from a long line of Masons - including his father, grandfathers and uncles.
But his son, 40, is like many Gen-Xers and baby boomers: He has not joined this age-old fraternity.
Membership has declined in recent decades, and lodges across the country are struggling to determine the future.
Many choose to tone down the
esoteric philosophy and instead focus on family values, throwing lots of picnics and chili cook-offs.
Others, however, disagree about ditching the mystery.
"At the Denver Consistery last Saturday we had two young guys talk about symbolism and ancient meanings," says Munsinger.
"We had 200 men listening to esoteric symbolism, Greek and Jewish and Kabbalah - our symbols and how they developed. It was fascinating, and they really enjoyed it."
To become a Mason, you need to ask another Mason. Gary Rinedollar of Parker, a software businessman, is thinking about doing so.
He recently attended a party with his wife, Karen, where they met a man who wore a Masonic ring, and asked him for more information.
"The Da Vinci Code piqued my interest, and I think there is something more to it, a religious aspect, a whole secret aspect," says Rinedollar.
"I wonder what's going on behind the closed door."

Aspartame - The World’s Best Ant Poison

From the June 2006 Idaho Observer:

Aspartame - The World’s Best Ant Poison

contributed by Jan Jensen of WELLthy Choices

We live in the woods and carpenter ants are a huge problem. We have spent thousands of dollars with Orkin and on ant poisons trying to keep them under control but nothing has helped.

So when I read somewhere that aspartame (Nutrasweet) was actually developed as an ant poison and only changed to being considered non-poisonous after it was realized that a lot more money could be made on it as a sweetener than as an ant poison, I decided to give it a try.

I opened two packets of aspartame sweetener, and dumped one in a corner of each of our bathrooms. That was about 2 years ago and I have not seen any carpenter ants for about 9 to 12 months. It works better than the most deadly poisons I have tried. Any time they show up again, I simply dump another package of Nutrasweet in a corner, and they will be gone for a year or so again.

Since posting this information I have had many people tell me of their success solving ant problems with this substance, when nothing else worked.

We found later that small black ants would not eat the aspartame. It was determined that if you mixed it with apple juice, they would quickly take it back to the nest, and all would be dead within 24 hours, usually. I have found that sometimes it will kill them, and sometimes it does not. Not sure why, may be slightly different species of ants or something.

Fire Ants: We got our first fire ant hill about 2 weeks ago. Poison did not work. We tried aspartame and the ants ignored it until we got a light rain. It was just a sprinkle, enough to moisten the Nutrasweet and ground, but not enough to wash it away. They went crazy, hundreds of them grabbing it and taking it back into the mound. When I checked the mound 2 days later, there was no sign of the fire ants. I even dug the mound up some, and still saw none of them.

How does it Work: Aspartame is a neuropoison. It most likely kills the ants by interfering with their nervous system. It could be direct, like stopping their heart, or something more subtle like killing their sense of taste so they can’t figure out what is eatable, or smell, so they can’t follow their trails, or mis-identify their colonies members, so they start fighting each other. Not sure what causes them to end up dying, just know that for many species of ants it will kill them quickly and effectively.

As with any poison I recommend wearing gloves and washing any skin areas that come in contact with this poison, and avoid getting it in your mouth, despite anything the labeling may indicate.

I suspect it will work for other insects such as yellow jackets as well, but have not tested that yet.

More information on this fantastic poison can be found at: www.dorway.com

US Afghan raid 'kills 35 Taleban'

US Afghan raid 'kills 35 Taleban'
US-led forces in Afghanistan say they have killed about 35 militants in a raid on a "known Taleban compound" in the south of the country.
_41851272_soldiers203ap
The raid took place in the restive province of Helmand on Tuesday night, the force said in a statement.
Afghanistan has seen an upsurge in violence by the Taleban and their allies this year, with hundreds killed.
The capital, Kabul, was hit by blasts for a second day when triple bombings killed one and wounded at least 40.
Buses carrying Afghan army officers and government workers were the target.
The Taleban claimed responsibility for both Tuesday and Wednesday's attacks.
The Afghan defence ministry said its enemies were trying to "disturb and terrify the people" because they do not have the ability to face the national army.

Army 'targeted'
The US military said Tuesday night's raid in Helmand took place in the village of Gujdar, some 25km (16 miles) east of Musa Qala in the south of the province.
"Several of the extremists killed were area Taleban leaders who planned and conducted multiple attacks against local Afghans, government officials and coalition forces," it said.
"No injuries to coalition forces or non-combatants were observed during the strike."
Elsewhere in Helmand on Wednesday, a British soldier from the 3 Para Battle Group died after his patrol came under fire from "suspected Taleban forces" in the town of Sangin, the Ministry of Defence said.
He is the sixth British soldier to be killed in Afghanistan in recent weeks.

Shops 'on fire'
The first explosion in Kabul struck a bus carrying Afghan army officers to work in the city centre. Thirty-nine officers were wounded, the defence ministry said.
It was lucky the bus was not full or else there would have been more casualties
Defence Ministry spokesman Mohammed Zahir Azimi
Reports say the bus veered out of control and crashed into shops, setting them on fire.
The second explosion struck another bus that was carrying commerce ministry employees in the north of the city. One person was killed and several wounded.
A third explosion in eastern Kabul is said to have targeted an Afghan army convoy. There were no immediate reports of casualties.
The first two explosions were apparently caused by bombs going off in hand carts as the buses passed by.
A BBC correspondent at the scene described seeing people jumping out of the smashed windows of the bus, their clothes on fire.
A day earlier, seven people were injured in two similar explosions.
Taleban spokesman, Muhammad Hanif, told Reuters news agency the Kabul attacks "proved we can hit targets, whether they're under the surveillance and security of foreign forces or the government".
Afghanistan has seen in recent months the worst violence from the Taleban since they were forced from power in 2001.
Most of the bloodshed has been in the south and east.

Crop Circles A Moving Phenomenon

Spirit of Ma'at: "Crop Circles" — Vol 2, No 5

Crop Circles A Moving Phenomenon

an interview with crop circle
researcher and author Lucy Pringle

by Diane M. Cooper

dec2_pringle_ttl
The Sign Stimulus Effect
Diane: In looking at your website, I was fascinated with your research concerning what you call "sign stimulus" — the way many people react when viewing photographs of crop circles. You said that you were studying the electromagnetic fields and the effects on living systems, and as a result you were listing the various effects that people have reported.

Please explain to me how you got onto this aspect of crop circle research, and what you discovered?

Lucy: I got into this particular area of research after watching people fall asleep whilst I was giving a lecture. I thought, "Oh my goodness, am I really as boring as that?" Initially I found this unnerving.

It was a couple of years later, when I was giving a talk to the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, that I discovered the reason for this. During the morning segment of my lecture several people seemed to go to sleep. Later, several of us were outside chatting during lunch, talking about various aspects of the talk, and one of people who had been fast asleep said, "Oh yes, wasn't that interesting."

I said, "Now hold on, I noticed that you were asleep at that particular time, because I found it quite disturbing."

It was at the moment I said this that I suddenly realized what was happening. The geometric shapes of the formations were triggering off a response in the brain sending some people into a trance-like state.

Interestingly, people appear to be asleep, but really they are taking everything in at a subconscious level. Maybe their conscious mind can't absorb a particular message so it simply cuts out and the subconscious takes over. In any event, most of these people told me it had never happened to them before.

There is a scientific explanation to this behavior.

After a lovely musical chord is struck on the piano, resonances in the ear and in the brain kindle emotions, and a mandala has the same effect visually. It is known as a "sign stimulus" or "releaser." Many of the crop formations are shaped like mandalas (see mandala photo at left). They trigger a release or behavioral response without requiring either knowledge or understanding on the part of the person's conscious mind.

I am now aware of this fact, and when I give talks I often warn people, saying, "When I begin, if you feel sleepy don't fight it because you will hear everything I'm saying, but at a different level."

Diane: That's amazing! And it makes sense, too, because if you look at how mandalas are used in other cultures. . .

Lucy: Indeed. They are meditational symbols.

Diane: I'm aware that there are several physical experiences that occur time and again with people who have either observed the symbols from afar or have been in them, right?

Lucy: Yes. After receiving over 600 independent reports, I've accumulated a whole list of different categories and the reported effects. Here's a list of health categories and their effects:

* Oral — taste (metallic), tooth pain, unusual thirst
* Cranial — headaches
* Ocular — vision changes, hallucination
* Auditory
* Intestinal — nausea, diarrhea, sudden hunger, etc.
* Systemic — dizziness, weak knees, leg pain, etc.
* Mental — thought processes affected, short-term memory loss, feelings of panic, terror, evil, peace, love and light, disorientation, sense of a Presence

When I get, say, 12 to 15 people independently reporting exactly the same effect, this is when I try to find a scientific explanation.

Diane: Have you come to any conclusions?

Lucy: We know physically how the crop circles are formed. But we don't know who is directing the force. It could be a discarnate intelligence. Certainly we are dealing with a very complex energy system, and one has to be curious about the nature of the intelligence behind this phenomenon. It's one of the reasons I'm still continuing with my research.

Another reason relates to my investigations into the effects of electromagnetic fields on living systems. This is a very sensitive arena, particularly in this day and age when we are polluting the airways with our microwaves, mobile telephones, computers, and all the electronic noise that is going into the atmosphere. We don't yet know the long-term effects of this, and I think it is another sensitive area which is going to become more and more important.

If the scientific findings from crop circle investigations can contribute to the understanding of this research, all of our efforts will have been well worthwhile.

Currently I'm studying hormone levels. In reports that have come in, many women claim to have suffered abnormal menstrual cycles and postmenopausal problems after going into a genuine crop circle. Now clearly this is yet another sensitive issue, and it wasn't until I started talking about it quite openly that more and more reports came in.

These reports clearly indicated hormone stimulation. And it was at this juncture that I started to work with Anne Smithells of Biotech Health, using the Best System.

Measuring Bio Points
In the 1950s, Dr. Reinhold Voll, a German biophysicist, discovered a way to measure energy levels of bio points.

The patient holds an electrode in one hand, whilst a galvanometer is pressed against an acupuncture point on a finger of the other hand. This technique measures skin resistance, picking up electrical energy.

Before each test begins, a balanced reading of 50 is obtained by pressing the probe (galvanometer) against acupressure points on the patient's finger until one is found that consistently gives a reading of 50 (equivalent to 100,000 ohms).

Only then does the test begin.

Diane: How do we know we are measuring a particular substance?

Lucy: We know that every substance has an electromagnetic field (food, vitamin, mineral, parasite or virus) containing its own particular energy pattern or electronic signature. Jim Clark, who developed the Best System, managed to isolate these individual patterns, record these electromagnetic signatures and encode them into the Best System, which currently has a capacity for over 30,000 electronic signatures.

So if we are testing for thyroid, for example, the probe will carry the electronic signature of thyroid to the acupressure point on the patient's finger. The probe sends a very small electronic signal (5 volts at 30 microamps). The body's reaction is translated into numerical form and recorded by the system.

The normal scale of reading is broadly between 48 and 56.

Professor William Tiller at Stanford University's Department of Material Science & Engineering, and others, have examined this system, and they see great potential in terms of future diagnostic medicine.

Hormonal Changes
When measuring hormone levels in genuine crop circles, the results show that the melatonin, thyroid, and adrenaline levels are altered against the control tests taken outside the formation. Our results over the years have been consistent.

Diane: So what I'm hearing you say is that some women who normally experience their menstrual cycles to be consistent and normal have gone into a genuine crop circle and found that their cycles changed?

Lucy: Yes. There have been several woman who have completed menopause and suddenly found they are menstruating again. One woman went right back to a teenage flow, much to her dismay. There is also one woman who regularly has a 28-day cycle. She never, never varies except when she goes into a crop circle.

Diane: Why do you think this is occurring?

Lucy: I believe it is a result of the electromagnetic fields found inside the crop circle.

Diane: Has anyone tried using cellphones inside of crop circles?

Lucy: Yes. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. We find in many crop circles that fully charged batteries will drain completely. This is becoming a commonplace occurrence.

This summer, a friend of mine went into a most amazing crop circle — the one on Milk Hill. She decided to take along her Canon camcorder with a fully charged 3-hour battery. When she reached the formation, the surrounding view was fantastic and she turned on her camcorder to take pictures, but it wouldn't work. She thought perhaps she hadn't put the battery on correctly, so she took it off and put it on again, and it still wouldn't work. She repeated this exercise two or three times without success. On her return home, she recharged her battery and it has worked perfectly ever since.

Diane: How about pacemakers?

Lucy: In all my lectures I say adamantly that if anyone has a health device that is geared by a battery such as a pacemaker, Do not go in! And if you are pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant, don't go in. We do not know exactly what is happening, and it is not worth taking any risks. Also, don't take your credit cards with you. They often get wiped.

Diane: That might be a good thing. . .

Lucy: (laughing) Well not if you're trying to fill up with petrol afterwards.

Diane: So I'm curious. If you take a bit of the wheat and some soil away from the crop circle, to a lab for instance, does it still maintain a similar electromagnetic field?

Lucy: Yes, it does. This is clearly revealed by dowsing. We take control samples and do blind studies. We dowse the control sample and then dowse the samples taken from inside an authentic crop circle. The difference is quite dramatic. In manmade ones there is no difference at all.

Manmade versus Genuine Circles
Diane: I've been talking to a couple of other crop circle researchers about the distinctions between genuine circles and manmade ones, discussing what might be motivating these folks to put out all the energy it takes to construct one.

Lucy: Many of the hoaxers are on ego trips. We all know that manmade circles exist, but I do not believe there are nearly as many as the hoaxers would have us believe. But I'm not interested in those. As a researcher I'm only interested in the true phenomenon. I will occasionally use the manmade ones as control samples because they are useful. But I'm interested in researching the real thing.

Diane: I've heard that circles appear in ice?

Lucy: Yes. And orchards, carrots, string beans, potato crops, yes. . . maze. . . anything which would take the imprint, even snow.

Diane: Wow, that's amazing.

Lucy: The one found in snow was near Moscow. There were no footprints to it and no footprints leading away from it.

But you know, Diane, we can't look at this phenomenon from just a scientific view. It's got a very strong spiritual aspect to it, as well. Many people experience dramatic life changes after going into a crop circle. It can be quite dramatic for them — rather like those who have a near-death experience and come back with a completely new viewpoint on life, or with healing abilities.

Many people have said to me, "I've read all the books on the subject, I've been to many lectures, but nothing could prepare me for the personal experience of going into a formation."

When you are inside a formation you feel as though you're in your own little world, and even when the circle is close to a road where there is a lot of traffic, you don't feel part of that. It's rather a womb-like experience. You're totally safe and totally secure.

You may be limited physically but you're not limited mentally, emotionally, or spiritually. You can access other levels of consciousness and other dimensions. It really is quite a miraculous experience for many people.

I was giving a talk just the other night and somebody came up to me and she said, "You know, after being in one of the formations, I found I can heal." This is wonderful.

Affects Upon Consciousness
Diane: That's great. But to bring it back to the scientific again, if the right brain is being activated or changed in some way, would you associate that with the activation of artistic and healing abilities?

Lucy: I think we can all heal. But I think we often put barriers and don't allow ourselves to do so. Eighty-five percent of people can dowse. Why can't the other fifteen percent? It's because somehow they stop themselves from doing it.

Diane: Spiritually speaking, you mentioned earlier that you felt that who or whatever was doing this was definitely intelligent, and possibly operating from the unseen worlds?

Lucy: In my book Crop Circles, The Greatest Mystery of Modern Times[1] I discuss the various theories that have been put forth. You could also say that crop circles are manifestations of our own subconscious.

Diane: But what does your intuition say?

Lucy: I don't know. This is what I call a moving phenomenon. One day I'll think one thing and the next day I'll think another. I believe it is necessary to be flexible when dealing with a phenomenon for which you don't have the answer. You've got to remain very fluid in your ideas.

I'm very comfortable with the idea of other dimensions and parallel worlds. I find I can go back in time quite easily, and I'm fairly psychic. So I don't feel I have to have an answer. I'm very happy to say, "I don't know."

Diane: Well, that would also keep you in a state of searching.

Lucy: Yes.

New and Old Phenomena
Diane: Have you noticed a change in the crop circles over the last couple of years?

Lucy: From a mathematical point of view, yes. There have been gradual evolutions over the past 12 years. But this is not a modern phenomenon. The first recorded circle was in 1687, and since then there have been records throughout the ages. The patterns are becoming increasingly complex.

As an analogy, say you were talking to someone who found that what you were saying was deadly boring, and their eyelids started to droop. You would probably change to another subject. Whereas if someone is interested, you would be prepared to elaborate. I think this is very much the same with the crop circle phenomenon. As more and more interest is being shown in the subject, so we get a greater response. We are in a giant learning curve — we're being gently led on this expanding path of knowledge, if you like.

Certainly in the early days the mathematical properties were fairly simple and elementary. Now we are into university-level mathematics.

Diane: What do you think about the new glyphs that appeared in Chilbolton and on Milk Hill?

Lucy: The two final ones we had in Hampshire/Chilbolton, were very close to where I live and were a completely new departure. Normally the pattern is depicted in the fallen crop — in the negative. Whereas in the last two that we had in Chilbolton, the pattern was in the positive — the pattern was made up of the standing crop. Also what was particularly interesting about these two formations was that unlike the other formations, which are open to many different interpretations, these two had only one interpretation.

The first of these, which has been called the Arecibo Response, mirrored an original message sent to star cluster M13 in 1974 by the Arecibo telescope in Puerto Rico. It contained a great deal of encoded information. The second one was a face. There was no other possible interpretation of either formation (click on photo to see enlarged view; see also the Colin Andrews article, which talks more about these two designs).

This was most intriguing. There was a lot of interest from America about these two formations, whereas in Britain there was an initial flurry of activity and then the story was dropped like a hot potato.

I went into these formations three times. And as I am aware that hoaxing exists, I now look at formations with the view that they might be manmade, and I try and find evidence that this is not the case.

As I examined these formations I couldn't detect any way they could have been made by man. I do not believe it was possible to construct the Face or the Arecibo Response with this kind of precision, depicting the message so precisely, let alone add on additional information with such immaculate accuracy. It was mind blowing.

Diane: Could we go back in time a bit and talk about the early crop circles.

Lucy: The early crop circles started off as just simple circles. The next developments were rings around the circles. Then the rings started to increase in numbers. Then satellite circles were added. Next came shafts linking circles together.

Over time, other geometries appeared. Scholars of the arcane likened early designs to Celtic, astronomical, or astrological symbols, and that was an excellent development, because that was when the real communication started between the different disciplines.

Scientists began talking to metaphysicians and finding that they unexpectedly had quite a lot in common. Astronomers also tried talking to the astrologers, but I don't think they got very far with that one. The gap was pretty wide there. But at least they tried.

Diane: Do you have anything to say about the timing of the appearance of the circles in August related to the 9/11 incident?

Lucy: Not particularly. Because we are very governed by the harvest. The phenomenon starts fairly simply in the early months in April, and usually there is a build-up over the season as the formations become increasingly complex.

Then we have our masterpieces. The masterpieces appear at the end of the season, and over the years we've had some staggering ones! This year we've had the wonderful Milk Hill event, which is composed of 409 circles and is 878 feet in diameter.

Thoughts for the Future
Diane: Where do you feel your research is going?

Lucy: It is going as far as my funding will allow. My work is funded entirely by my own money and therefore I am severely limited in the amount of research I am able to conduct. At the moment I am particularly focusing on the changes in hormonal patterns, as I believe this is an area of fundamental importance.

Diane: To ultimately prove that the electromagnetic fields do affect us?

Lucy: Our aim is for our research to be accepted by mainstream science. And in order to achieve this, it is necessary to build up a large scientific database. I've been conducting these hormone tests for four years, but to be considered credible I'll have to get consistent results for at least five or six years before this work is given recognition.

Diane: Do you have any final remarks you'd like to add?

Lucy: I think the crop circle enigma is an incredible phenomenon which allows people to embark on a journey of expansion, both mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It is an enormous subject. One which is multifaceted and full of opportunities. It's up to us which path or paths we want to take.
