Bird Flu Panic and Profiteering

"Officials gassed tens of thousands of turkeys and extended restrictions on the movement of poultry on Sunday to prevent the spread of deadly bird flu from a farm in Suffolk. The discovery of the highly pathogenic H5N1 strain of avian flu on a farm run by Europe's largest turkey producer surprised experts and raised questions about how the virus had been introduded into a sealed shed". (Reuters)

Man, these guys give me the creeps.

On Friday there was an article in the New York Times ("In a Daylong Drill, an Agency Tries to Prepare for a Real Outbreak of Avian Flu", Donald McNeil Jr.) that gave the details of the drills that are being conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (C.D.C.) in case a full-blown pandemic breaks out in the United States. The exercises were supervised by CDC chief, Dr. Julie Gerberding, the agency's director. A number of disastrous scenarios were simulated to test the judgment of the supervisors and the strengths of the system.

I'm sure everyone is relieved that the C.D.C. and Dr. Gerberding are practicing their routine in the event of an outbreak of lethal influenza. After all, Gerberding may confront a situation where she will be asked to decide whether or not to quarantine cities or, perhaps, entire states to prevent the spread of an epidemic, like Avian Flu.

So, why is this so weird?

Well, when was the last time Bush-Cheney devoted millions of dollars to anything that served the public interest? That is an oddity in itself.

They refuse to provide the recommended security-measures for the nation's nuclear power plants from terrorist attack, and they waged a bitter battle over legislation that required the checking of cargo coming into US ports. They even fought congress on the issue of air-port screeners following the attacks on 9-11?!?

So now they're spending millions on drills for a potential outbreak of Bird Flu?

Why? Why this sudden interest in the health and welfare of the American people?

Of course, we know what the administration REALLY thinks of the American people as evinced in their reaction to Hurricane Katrina. That's when tens of thousands of people were (intentionally?) cut-off from food, water, and medical supplies while Bush blew kisses to his people from 30,000 feet from Air-force 1.

And, what ever happened to the zillions of dollars that congress provided to rebuild New Orleans after the storm?

My guess is that it vanished into a Republican black-hole like the trillions earmarked for Iraqi reconstruction.

The only thing that's been rebuilt in New Orleans is the one house that was used in the photo-op of Bush pounding nails in his shirtsleeves.

So, what is the real motive behind these C.D.C. drills and why did Bush the media involved? According to the NY Times:

"Four reporters, from The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Associated Press and The Canadian Press, were allowed to watch the exercise (and even to comment on how well C.D.C. public affairs officers played reporters during a mock news conference)"

In fact, Dr Gerberding even chirped, "This is new for us. A lot of people feel it's really high-risk to let the press look inside the sausage factory while the sausage is being made."

"High risk"?!? No way. The Bush administration is doing what they always do; manipulating public perceptions by releasing tidbits that prepare people for disaster.

Isn't that true?

And why are privately-owned corporations like MPRI overseeing Dr. Gerberding's work?

That's right; according to the article in the New York Times:

"Although Dr Gerberding was nominally in charge, the man pulling the strings was in a little room upstairs known as the Simulation CellHe was Pete Taylor, a 69 year old retired general who spent 34 years running war games for the Pentagon and now does it for MPRI, a consulting group with many former military officers on staff."

"War games"?!?

Is that what this is?

And, why are former military officers overseeing drills that are needed to best protect the American people from an epidemic?

Is this another crackpot Bush scheme to seal the borders, lockdown entire regions of the country, establish martial law, and put us all under quarantine?

And, for what? Bird Flu?

Doesn't this all sound a bit fishy?

Like I said before; these guys give me the creeps.

Note: Francis A. Boyles' new book "Biowarfare and Terrorism" cites a number of organizations both inside and outside the U.S. which are conducting illegal bioweapons research--one even got a grant from the EPA. As a victim of crime, my body has a new signal, no, not a radio frequency signal, but a new "brain" wiring signal; not to be complicit with the crimes being committed against the citizens of Ohio.

I suspect the University campus has birthed a new, ultra-sonic, sexually-induced electronically-fruitful mob that is used to further the claims of some high-tech hero worshipping clan, perhaps called the "Kurzweil Sex Scanning Technique" such as with the technological advances from his artificial intelligence site (a), or another stimulating sexually enticing company being covered up as being "for science" but used by mob's syndicated "big business".

Such a vast and secret cover-up is quite probable in this day and age of high-tech surgery and whatever else claims to be "for the good of all" and really is used to control the people, instead, whether victims are used innocently or as part of the "mobs".

In such crimes schemes, it might be that cell phones are used to "track" locations of the "enemy targets". These corporate "thugs" use university or other students to "hit" their target: by frequently approaching them, oftentimes using a cell phone or other device to lock on to the person's bodily frequency waves that have been assigned them. These are done so automatically we hardly know its there. Our bodies use their own "millimetre" waves which are then tracked, traced and changed however slightly, so the crime syndicates know who we are. Then they change us when they want to. Ever wonder why your mind is so hard to make up? It's because of the crime waves using our minds as our own mental weapons to harm us by, since they then can control us at will using a variety of electronic devices as well as hook us up with their computer "bot" programs and control us with them. Since humans are frequently used as antennas, these tracker devices are location devices for the cell phone thugs. Often students or "street" thugs surround "targets" often loudly, shoving them over on sidewalks, in shopping centers or sitting too closely in public areas quite obviously giving them too much (unwanted) attention that is meant to disturb targets, causing anxiety and feelings of alarm.

They also surround the target giving secret commands or language that the target is supposed to understand. This is drawn from their lives; from being controlled.

This language can be demeaning toward them, or show the target they have been listened to in the privacy of their homes through technology meant for military-style operations. These typically youngish adults, often street-looking blacks with nylon coverings, gang-looking clothing who are loud and demeaning by their actions, probably get enticements of having their sexuality "induced" more readily by radio wave bio-technology. Maybe they are protected from criminal activity they perform on some special payroll. Even less criminal looking black or white younger student types around campus have been part of a strain of criminal activity I have been observing for their over-scrutiny of my whereabouts and distinct, overly obnoxious "assaults" on my peace of mind.

Because I am warning the more scientifically, innocent and unwilling "targets" of electronic crimes who may be targets of mob rings using bio-warfare with secret technologies, I feel that we as a nation should set up a special warning system, such as through FEMA, to address such a situation.

These tactics and techniques are a real part of society, as numerous complaints continue to come rolling in. Traditionally gone ignored by public officials such as members of Congress, police, and counselors, targets of mobs have been dismissed as either being crazy or are cajoled as if their stories were out of some Hollywood Disney movie.

“Street theatre” is a term often used to describe such advances, such as a theatre group using fake look-alikes to line the curb with, sentences that are to address the target individually, stalkers seem to flow out of the woodwork like flies surrounding a person then gently bumping into them, saying "s'cuse me" over and over, this gets repeated throughout the daily life of the targeted individual. It would be dismissed as being a busy street, however the target gets "captured" this way; mentally inducing the target to act a certain way by distant radio waving of their minds and bodies to "rewire" them emotionally, psychosocially, and mentally in general. They 'obey' a command as if it were given them while being trance-like where their body and mind were shut down, electrically shallow, altered or murdered. Like brain dead.

Unlike other crimes where the person/victim can accuse their perpetrator(s), the targeted individual usually understands they are the target but cannot prove who or what did this to them. In order to not create a city disturbance or get hauled off to a psych ward, such victims are murdered in their homes or on the street. No one believes such victim's stories nor will they pay attention and learn from their horrifying experiences.

As yet, no one has really done anything to help these 'targeted individuals' get the victim witness compensation they so deserve nor will they since no one wants to admit this has been happening all around the country and in other countries as well. Such as the U.K. and Canada.

Already acoustics has been used across the University of Akron's campus. I am one who hears these murderer's speaking as well as others they reach who would seem to be in a crime syndicate against me and other innocent citizens of Ohio.

Corporate crime has reached new lows when university campuses and students are intertwined with crime syndicates. AT&T, Time Warner and the like, as well as local groups who have recent knowledge of similar technology and who are broadcasting verbal, visual and other sorts of emotionally-inducing radio or broadcast signals should be immediately investigated to stop these crimes. Too many lives are at risk by crimes being committed using these secret, electronic assaults on humans.

From "F.B.I. Struggling To Reinvent Itself To Fight Terror" (b), (abstract NYT, 10/10/2006), the "Federal Bureau of Investigation is making uneasy transition into spy organization since 9/11 attacks; FBI culture still respects door-kicking investigators more than deskbound analysts sifting through tidbits of data; as result, top counterterrorism job has turned over repeatedly--seven people in five years--filled mostly by veterans with little expertise on Islamist movements and terrorist networks" and "FBI tradition that values leadership and personal connections more than specialized knowledge". These issues reflect that a new FBI is necessary to handle such electronic violence going on in communities today. Rather than just fight terrorists as the Islamists that are so readily seen as our enemies, they should focus on the electronic weapons field that has grown beyond comprehension that the public knows so little about.

As least past crimes are now being looked at. In the New York Time's "Push to Resolve Fading Killings of Rights Era"(c), the FBI is reviewing unresolved civil rights crimes from the 1950's and 1960's. "The Federal Bureau of Investigation recently canvassed its field offices for the first time" for unsolved crimes. This may be new hope for all victims of electronic violence. Can we be ignored? A search of the New York Time's articles about surveillance upon citizens turns up over 104 search results. How can electronic violence be so unknown about by law enforcement and in our government's intelligence-related departments? How long before our cases will be perceived as noteworthy?

Perhaps the death of a student tells a story: The University of Akron's school newspaper, The Buchtelite, reports "Several residents 'denied access'"(d) to campus dorms due to felony background forms not yet submitted. This is in reaction to older felony 'snitches' planted there by police eventually leading to one University student committing suicide relating to drug charges (e). Was he guilty? Was he a victim of electronic harassment? We will never know, surely, as no weapons expert was in place to forgo the electronic violence we are already faced with in this country.

We have no backup plans, nor any technological experts available, already planted to help protect us from harm perpetrated by electronic weapons experts already in great numbers across the U.S. And no one to warn the public as no public official has answered our pleas for help. All this to say FEMA's (f) billions-dollar budget deficit for all the victims of catastrophes such as hurricane Katrina have gone to waste, while we suffer in storms that could have been created by thugs who know how to modify weather patterns such as what HAARP does up in Alaska, run by the military. But we don't know of this.

The Mayor of Akron, Don Plusquellic, is again running for re-election and has been the former President of U.S. Conference of Mayors. He announced his candidacy on January 4 at the Inventor's Hall of Fame, according to the school's Buchtelite (g). How amusing. Announcing it at the Inventor's Hall of Fame. As he is so enthralled with the idea of more hospitals in the region. He probably has some deal with a high-tech company that makes us all ill with radiation poisoning and various insults having to do with high-tech weapons assaults on all of us. It can make a body rich, and community plentiful with dead bodies lying around, and more money goes to his pocket to run a campaign, staying in office for the rest of his lo-o-o-o-n-n-ng life.

Think of the miraculous cures we would have been able to research had we been told about the weapons technology that harms us rather than heals us.

Radio technology has been around since the turn of the 19th century and so is nothing new. No surprises left in the world of high-tech gadgetry where radio waving is confirmed. Coupled with new brain technology like 'brain mapping' used in court cases in Iowa (h), we have nothing new left to know about in the human anatomy. According to the brain fingerprinting specialists, we have nothing to fear in the realm of terrorists, as well as criminal conduct of spies let loose on us.

If they are guilty, the brain mapping specialists are here to help us decide whether they are real terrorism experts or not by the information they find hidden in the brains of suspects (h2). Only they cannot prove how it got there; only that it is there. Who do you know that knows so much about the human brain that they could get you set free from criminal charges in a court case? For a large sum of money, I am sure it would be possible.

When Mayor Pasquellic talks about wanting to stay to help Akron and his desire to build up a "hospital corridor" here in Akron, we can only suspect he has the will and the means to do this. After all, he has special interests involved, judging by the crime wave, I in particular have experienced lately in Akron (i).

I would be afraid to vote for such a man.

The spectacle of such interests manifests themselves in the far-reaching corners of Congress, where Sen. Rockefeller said something interesting about the Federal Communications Commission. What he said has an affect on my small business's right to communicate freely. My company wanted to host a local public access TV show to warn city residents about the use of secret weapons that may have been used on them. "The change of this last election," said Sen. John D. Rockefeller IV ( D-W.Va .), "is that there's going to be a lot more attention on the FCC. . . . It has abandoned its core responsibility to the public interest"(j).

My company had just requested a form to apply as a producer of Electro Well’s TV show from the local cable franchise owner’s secretary in order to show what the weapons were doing to me and others around town. I was doing a public service. This was the exact time (curious, and coincidental, how exact the timing was) that the cable franchise owner, (and friend of the Mayor) decided to impose a near-sudden, without warning, fee, for their cable staff to change the videotape of each program that regular folks cannot afford ($25). This could be seen as a malfunction of job descriptions since the franchise is paid a lot of money to provide a public access TV service to the public but has repeatedly not obeyed its own rules to provide services. With such an enormous fee for producers who aren’t paid, many producers such as myself could not afford to air our program. In my case, I was prevented from performing my nonprofit’s public service to the community of warning them by teaching them about electronic weapons assault. Since there is no other public service to fill the void, my company has resorted to circulating online articles in hopes that the information will become useful to others who have a need to know about secret weapons technology. Since I have been embroiled for many years in an illegal child-custody and support case, my company cannot do much more due to my lack of funding, since I am not able to work as a victim, and since child support has taken my house and everything I owned for the past 5 or more years. Lucis Trust - The Spiritual Foundation of the United Nations

The Spiritual Foundation of the United Nations
The Lucis Trust

The Lucis Trust is the Publishing House which prints and disseminates United Nations material. It is a devastating indictment of the New Age and Pagan nature of the UN. Lucis Trust was established in 1922 as Lucifer Trust by Alice Bailey as the publishing company to disseminate the books of Bailey and Blavatsky and the Theosophical Society. The title page of Alice Bailey's book, 'Initiation, Human and Solar' was originally printed in 1922, and clearly shows the publishing house as 'Lucifer Publishing CoIn 1923. Bailey changed the name to Lucis Trust, because Lucifer Trust revealed the true nature of the New Age Movement too clearly. (Constance Cumbey, The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow, p. 49). A quick trip to any New Age bookstore will reveal that many of the hard-core New Age books are published by Lucis Trust.

At one time, the Lucis Trust office in New York was located at 666 United Nations Plaza and is a member of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations under a slick program called "World Goodwill". In an Alice Bailey book called "Education for a New Age"; she suggests that in the new age "World Citizenship should be the goal of the enlightened, with a world federation and a world brain." In other words - a One World Government New World Order.

Luci's Trust is sponsored by among others Robert McNamara, former minister of Defence in the USA, president of the World Bank, member of the Rockefeller Foundation, and Thomas Watson (IBM, former ambassador in Moscow). Luci's Trust sponsors among others the following organizations: UN, Greenpeace Int., Greenpeace USA, Amnesty Int. and UNICEF.

The United Nations has long been one of the foremost world harbingers for the "New Spirituality" and the gathering "New World Order" based on ancient occult and freemasonic principles. Seven years after the birth of the UN, a book was published by the theosophist and founder of the Lucis Trust, Alice Bailey, claiming that "Evidence of the growth of the human intellect along the needed receptive lines [for the preparation of the New Age] can be seen in the "planning" of various nations and in the efforts of the United Nations to formulate a world plan... From the very start of this unfoldment, three occult factors have governed the development of all these plans". [Alice B. Bailey, Discipleship in the New Age (Lucis Press, 1955), Vol. II, p.35.]

Although she did not spell out clearly the identity of these 'three occult factors', she did reveal to her students that "Within the United Nations is the germ and seed of a great international and meditating, reflective group - a group of thinking and informed men and women in whose hands lies the destiny of humanity. This is largely under the control of many fourth ray disciples, if you could but realise it, and their point of meditative focus is the intuitional or Buddhic plane - the plane upon which all hierarchical activity is today to be found'. [Ibid. p.220.]

To this end, the Lucis Trust, under the leadership of Foster and Alice Bailey, started a group called 'World Goodwill' - an official non-governmental organization within the United Nations. The stated aim of this group is "to cooperate in the world of preparation for the reappearance of the Christ" [One Earth, the magazine of the Findhorn Foundation, October/November 1986, Vol. 6, Issue 6, p.24.]

But the esoteric work inside the UN does not stop with such recognized occult groupings. Much of the impetus for this process was initiated through the officership of two Secretary-Generals of the UN, Dag Hammarskjöld (held office: 1953-1961) and U Thant (held office: 1961-1971) who succeeded him, and one Assistant Secretary-general, Dr. Robert Muller. In a book written to celebrate the philosophy of Teilhard de Chardin (and edited by Robert Muller), it is revealed "Dag Hammarskjöld, the rational Nordic economist, had ended up as a mystic. He too held at the end of his life that spirituality was the ultimate key to our earthly fate in time and space". [Robert Muller (ed.), The Desire to be Human: A Global Reconnaissance of Human Perspectives in an Age of Transformation (Miranana, 1983), p.304.]

Sri Chinmoy, the New Age guru, meditation leader at the UN, wrote: "the United Nations is the chosen instrument of God; to be a chosen instrument means to be a divine messenger carrying the banner of God's inner vision and outer manifestation."

William Jasper, author of "A New World Religion" describes the religion of the UN: "...a weird and diabolical convergence of New Age mysticism, pantheism, aboriginal animism atheism, communism, socialism, Luciferian occultism, apostate Christianity, Islam, Taoism, Buddhism, and Hinduism".

LONDON, England (Reuters) -- Three former senior U.S. military officials warn that any military action against Iran would have "disastrous consequences" and urged Washington to hold immediate and unconditional talks with Tehran.

The Bush administration has increased the regularity and vehemence of its accusations against Iran, prompting speculation it could be laying the ground for military attack against the Islamic state.

Washington has also sent a second aircraft carrier to the Gulf, a move seen as a warning to Iran, which the United States accuses of seeking atomic arms and fueling instability in Iraq and elsewhere in the Middle East. Iran denies the charges.

In a letter to London's Sunday Times newspaper, the three former U.S. military leaders said attacking Iran "would have disastrous consequences for security in the region, coalition forces in Iraq and would further exacerbate regional and global tensions," they wrote.

"The current crisis must be resolved through diplomacy," they said.

The letter was signed by retired Army Lt. Gen. Robert Gard, a former military assistant to Defense Secretary Robert McNamara, retired U.S. Marine Corps Gen. Joseph Hoar, a former commander in chief of U.S. Central Command; and retired Navy Vice Adm. Jack Shanahan, a former director of the Center for Defense Information.

They urged the U.S. government to "engage immediately in direct talks with the government of Iran without preconditions.

"There is time available to talk, we must ensure that we use it," they said.

The three men have joined previous petitions calling on the Bush administration to change course in its policy on Iran.

Washington broke ties with Iran in 1980. It has offered to hold direct talks with Iran but only once Tehran halts its drive to produce nuclear fuel through uranium enrichment.

Iran, which says it wants to enrich uranium to make nuclear reactor fuel, not bombs, has refused.

U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates on Friday said Washington was not planning for war with Iran, but again accused Tehran of supplying bombs for deadly attacks against U.S. troops in Iraq.
