Shortly before your trip, you became interested in the most recent developments in my long-time prediction that the Bush regime would create another 911, this time nuclear, to expand its power. I was assisted greatly by my cyber-intelligence subordinates in Ghost Troop, but the view that another 911 was on the horizon was hardly ours alone. Indeed, even my stalwart Republican contacts have been saying that the only thing that will save the crumbling Bush White House is another 911 -- especially if it's the much-predicted "Nuclear 911." The mainstream media continues to incessantly program the event into our consciousness as a matter not of IF, but of WHEN. To play with dear Voltaire a bit, if there were no pending Nuclear 911, the Bush regime would find it necessary to invent one!
As you know, in January, 2006, I went beyond the general prediction of a Nuclear 911, and made a specific prediction that the Bush regime would use hastily-announced military exercises as a cover for executing the Nuclear 911 on Texas City, Texas, a small petrochemicals town south of Houston. The military exercise contrived for the purpose -- simulating a 10-kiloton "terror" nuke -- were scheduled for Jan. 31 - Feb. 2, 2006. My military background as a general staff intelligence officer lead me to believe that the earliest date of Jan. 31 was the most likely, so I made that "1/31" my prediction date. Word of my January work went worldwide with publications of my prediction all the way to Pravda. Here in my hometown of Houston, we held our breath. When Jan. 31 came and went without an explosion, we and our neighbors in Texas City were relieved. The relief, though, was short-lived.

The day after my principle date, on Feb. 1, a horde of nuclear experts showed up in the vicinity of Texas City without announcement or credible explanation for their presence. They were part of a national "Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Response Team" set up by the US Department of Defense at the same time as the 911 event, and their function is to measure the damage to any city's that may "happen" to be hit by "terrorist" nuclear attacks. On the day after my 1/31 prediction date, the "day after" military assets had made their appearance!
The local paper, the Galveston County Daily News, ran a Feb. 2 article attempting to assuage the public panic with an article that asserted -- through multiple government spokesmen -- that nothing was amiss, and that everything was simply a misunderstood coincidence. Like the popular protagonist, "V" in the new movie V for Vendetta, thinking citizens no longer believe the strained official assurances that everything that seems amiss is just mistaken coincidence. Citizens of Texas City and Houston -- and indeed, the whole Texas Gulf Coast -- are alarmed that the same people who were setting them up for a nuclear attack in January may well intend to inflict one on them as soon as possible, just to get the job done and silence the witnesses.
With April Fools Day coming up, we Texas rednecks are faced with the ultimate joke: We went whole-hog for the insane Bush plan to engage the world in a global war ON terror, but now we're facing the reality that he and his cohorts are really engaged in a global war OF terror. In order to keep the terror going, "terror" has to strike again, even if we have to arrange it ourselves!
The nuclear terror continues hereabouts, with new rumors that Easter Day, April 16, is the next target date for the botched Jan. 31 treason, as it would be a fine day for the opinion-makers to rouse Christian vengeance by pinning the deed on Muslims (the inevitable patsies). Further, April 16 is the 60th anniversary of the "Texas City Explosion" of 1946, in which an off-shore ship carrying ammonium nitrate fertilizer blew up and killed hundreds of residents.
The analysis/prediction of an Easter Sunday Nuclear 911 isn't mine, although I've offered to compare notes with the principle writers working on the scenario. Needless to say, I'm interested, even though I'm not involved!
Texas City Inquest
My post-January activity has been focused on conducting an official investigation of just what happened in Texas City, Texas. This seems to be the responsible thing for a US Army officer on a mission of conscience to do, in light of the magnitude of the crime attempted. It's also the best military course of action, in these days of informational warfare, as it highlights the case of Texas City generally and the pending Nuclear 911 generally, thus affording the best protection (awareness) to the citizens of the city and of the country.
At the behest of US Ambassador Chase Untermeyer of Qatar, a former Assistant Secretary of the Navy and my best friend, I began to put a wide array of my published material and accumulated evidence of an ongoing Bush attempt to bushwhack Texas City into a coherent, single work, the Texas City Inquest. The inquest consists of roughly one article/epistle per day, written from mid-February to present, dealing with the various aspects of my analysis before the harrowing appearance of a nuke team in the vicinity of Texas City. It is a follow-up to my correct prediction that they would indeed be there as part of the overall effort to rationalize the obliteration of the place by Bush, and to help in the ensuing exhortation to militarize the United States of America and use nuclear weapons to deal with Iran.
In the inquest I begin with a reply to Ambassador Untermeyer (who, as my constant correspondent, is featured in a number of the inquest articles), and then write articles for contacts in many agencies and organizations, particularly the Houston Police Department, where my friends and martial arts students fill some key positions. I also write articles connecting Bush henchman Tom Delay to the plot to set up his own home district, and am quite specific in my analysis of which media people were collaborating with the plot.
Each article has a title giving a pretty good idea of what the text deals with. All told, it is a lively magazine-length study of how mass murder is planned, rationalized and institutionalized, all of which is the essence of the plot to turn Western Christian nations like the US, UK and Australia into vengeful Old Testament cultures bent on destroying the Muslim Mideast for the greater glory of oil acquisition and Israeli geopolitics.
The Texas City Inquest is chock-full of the kinds of connections and evidence that make it an invaluable tool for the growing resistance to Bush. It is nothing more or less than a snapshot of the Nuclear 911, taken when the plan had been scheduled and practiced but not enacted. The massive casualties that were to have followed the treasonous attack were to have removed all the traces of the conspiracy; but as the Nuclear 911 didn't occur, it's vestiges remain -- in my report.
I recommend the Texas City Inquest as crucial reading for all, especially all English-speaking citizens of the countries involved in the "Global War on Terror." What has been attempted deep in the heart of Texas will be -- must be -- attempted elsewhere by the war criminals who have burned all their bridges with their historic treason.

An employee at the British Petroleum (BP) plant in Texas City, Texas, said she's "nervous and on edge" since reports surfaced last week by a former Army Intelligence officer that the plant was targeted for a nuclear attack by the "enemy within" the U.S. government.
Although the threat never materialized on its anticipated date of Jan. 31, the employee who wished to remain anonymous for fear of losing her job, said other "suspicious and strange events" occurred on the target date and in the days that followed, making her believe the "attack may have been subverted" due to public attention drawn by the initial reports.
"We originally had a plant evacuation scheduled for Monday and Tuesday on the 30th and 31st, but it was strangely cancelled after the first reports surfaced about the possible explosion," said the anonymous BP worker, who also said at least 400 plant workers were recently moved to another office location in Texas City.
"OSHA is now at the plant and there is a sign at the plant saying the evacuation drill has been rescheduled between Feb. 1 and Feb. 8. Yes, I am nervous and no I don't believe recent reports from the government which say not to worry and no threats have been reported."
The employee said another "very strange" occurrence took place at 6:30 am on the morning of Jan. 31 when she was listening to 103.7 FM on her car radio as she drove to work.
"I swear to God this happened," said the worker, whose voice still shaking as she told the story days later. "I was listening to a news report on the FM station and the newscaster was reading a story about the incredible Exxon/Mobil oil profits. While he was reading the numbers, there was a strange sound of a siren coming from the background of the broadcast with a lady saying 'abort, abort, abort.' Now what was that all about? Was it sometime of code to tell other people what was going on?"
The Galveston radio station where the broadcast emanated was unavailable for comment, regarding the strange sequence of events during the 103.7 FM reported by the BP worker.
However, according to Capt. May, the broadcast may have been a signal to others involved in the nuclear attack that it was being aborted.
"We caught them putting out an abort code by using the media. This is how the Illuminati works," said Capt. May, who is convinced the enemy within our government communicates by using a complex Illuminati number system, the most common being combinations of 1, 3, 9.
"We may very well have stopped a nuclear attack by the Bush Boys by sounding the red alert. And that morning the abort code may have been given out as everything in the broadcast, including the numbers used for the Exxon profits, the radio station call numbers and even the time of the broadcast point to the Illuminati number code."
Regarding the complex number system, Capt. May is referring to 103.7 FM adding up to 11, as well 6:30 am, the time of the broadcast, adding up to nine and the numbers used in the Exxon profits during the newscast suspiciously adding up to nine as well.
"They use the media and if you know what to listen for, they really are telling the world what they plan to do next," said Capt. May, adding he feels he has "pretty well broken their code" giving him a leg up in the info war going on between the Illuminati and the patriots who consider them America's No. 1 enemy.
"Information I have uncovered with my other cyber-warriors called the Ghost Troop has already averted two other attacks at Texas City, the most recent being July 28, 2005. And I think we may have just stopped another one on Jan. 31."
Last week, the Arctic Beacon first reported the Jan. 31 threat of a nuclear explosion, after Capt. May alerted media outlets of the impending threat, a threat ignored or thought by many to be nothing more than wild conspiracy theories.
Capt. May, however strongly disagrees. Pointing the nuclear finger directly at factions within the U.S government, he believes these same factions also were behind 911 and the Oklahoma City bombing.
"People have to wake-up, put their egos aside and realize these guys play for keeps," added Capt. May. "The same people that criticize my methods for predicting dates are the very same people who agree with me about everything else, including the government causing 911 and Oklahoma City as well as 7/7. Just remember,the Madrid bombings occurred exactly 911 days after 911."
In recently targeting Texas City as the next target, Capt May said it's imperative to try and "warn people were the enemy is striking next" instead of passively waiting for the "next shoe to fall."
And Texas City resident, minister Jon Watkins, took Capt. May's warnings seriously from the outset, saying he immediately notified local authorities, the local Texas City branch of Homeland Security and the FBI, taking a "better be safe than sorry" position.
"Last week, I did notice at least 11 different types of law enforcement vehicles in the Texas City police parking lot, something that is very strange here," said Watkins. "I alerted everybody, including the Galveston City Daily News."
And Feb. 2 TJ Aulds of the Galveston paper followed up with a story, citing the initial Arctic Beacon article, as well as checking FBI, Homeland Security and local who all reported the threats were a false alarm.
In the story, Shauna Dunlap, a spokesman for the FBI, said that there are "no credible or corroborated threats to the area."
Although authorities dismissed Capt. May's "red alert," the Galveston paper reported people driving down the Galveston Seawall Boulevard noticed "unmarked black trucks and sport utility vehicles bearing government license plates near crews setting up what appeared to be satellite or radar gear on the beach.
"The crews were wearing shirts," the article continued "embossed with the words, 'Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team,' a branch of the U.S. Defense Department."
Coincidently one day prior to the Galveston article, the New York Times for the first time revealed the use and establishment of the WMD Support Team in an unrelated article, saying the military unit had been recently formed to combat terrorist activity throughout the country.
But the Galveston story was quick to point out Texas City homeland security officials, including local Director Bruce Clawson, said the Arctic Beacon story and the arrival of the Weapons of Mass Destruction team were "little more the coincidental training exercises that may have been blown out of proportion."
"It's more than coincidence," said Capt. May Thursday on Greg Szymanski's radio show called Nightly Edition of the Investigative Journal. "We're trying to alert the American people of the next 911 and my intentions have always been to save and protect innocent lives by trying to head off the Bush Boys before they strike next."
Besides the WMD training exercise taking place on the Galveston beach, members of the military unit said they were participating in a series of seminars at the nearby Galveston San Luis Hotel & Conference Center, located near to where the unit had set up its radar equipment.

An employee at the British Petroleum (BP) plant in Texas City, Texas, said she's "nervous and on edge" since reports surfaced last week by a former Army Intelligence officer that the plant was targeted for a nuclear attack by the "enemy within" the U.S. government.
Although the threat never materialized on its anticipated date of Jan. 31, the employee who wished to remain anonymous for fear of losing her job, said other "suspicious and strange events" occurred on the target date and in the days that followed, making her believe the "attack may have been subverted" due to public attention drawn by the initial reports.
"We originally had a plant evacuation scheduled for Monday and Tuesday on the 30th and 31st, but it was strangely cancelled after the first reports surfaced about the possible explosion," said the anonymous BP worker, who also said at least 400 plant workers were recently moved to another office location in Texas City.
"OSHA is now at the plant and there is a sign at the plant saying the evacuation drill has been rescheduled between Feb. 1 and Feb. 8. Yes, I am nervous and no I don't believe recent reports from the government which say not to worry and no threats have been reported."
The employee said another "very strange" occurrence took place at 6:30 am on the morning of Jan. 31 when she was listening to 103.7 FM on her car radio as she drove to work.
"I swear to God this happened," said the worker, whose voice still shaking as she told the story days later. "I was listening to a news report on the FM station and the newscaster was reading a story about the incredible Exxon/Mobil oil profits. While he was reading the numbers, there was a strange sound of a siren coming from the background of the broadcast with a lady saying 'abort, abort, abort.' Now what was that all about? Was it sometime of code to tell other people what was going on?"
The Galveston radio station where the broadcast emanated was unavailable for comment, regarding the strange sequence of events during the 103.7 FM reported by the BP worker.
However, according to Capt. May, the broadcast may have been a signal to others involved in the nuclear attack that it was being aborted.
"We caught them putting out an abort code by using the media. This is how the Illuminati works," said Capt. May, who is convinced the enemy within our government communicates by using a complex Illuminati number system, the most common being combinations of 1, 3, 9.
"We may very well have stopped a nuclear attack by the Bush Boys by sounding the red alert. And that morning the abort code may have been given out as everything in the broadcast, including the numbers used for the Exxon profits, the radio station call numbers and even the time of the broadcast point to the Illuminati number code."
Regarding the complex number system, Capt. May is referring to 103.7 FM adding up to 11, as well 6:30 am, the time of the broadcast, adding up to nine and the numbers used in the Exxon profits during the newscast suspiciously adding up to nine as well.
"They use the media and if you know what to listen for, they really are telling the world what they plan to do next," said Capt. May, adding he feels he has "pretty well broken their code" giving him a leg up in the info war going on between the Illuminati and the patriots who consider them America's No. 1 enemy.
"Information I have uncovered with my other cyber-warriors called the Ghost Troop has already averted two other attacks at Texas City, the most recent being July 28, 2005. And I think we may have just stopped another one on Jan. 31."
Last week, the Arctic Beacon first reported the Jan. 31 threat of a nuclear explosion, after Capt. May alerted media outlets of the impending threat, a threat ignored or thought by many to be nothing more than wild conspiracy theories.
Capt. May, however strongly disagrees. Pointing the nuclear finger directly at factions within the U.S government, he believes these same factions also were behind 911 and the Oklahoma City bombing.
"People have to wake-up, put their egos aside and realize these guys play for keeps," added Capt. May. "The same people that criticize my methods for predicting dates are the very same people who agree with me about everything else, including the government causing 911 and Oklahoma City as well as 7/7. Just remember,the Madrid bombings occurred exactly 911 days after 911."
In recently targeting Texas City as the next target, Capt May said it's imperative to try and "warn people were the enemy is striking next" instead of passively waiting for the "next shoe to fall."
And Texas City resident, minister Jon Watkins, took Capt. May's warnings seriously from the outset, saying he immediately notified local authorities, the local Texas City branch of Homeland Security and the FBI, taking a "better be safe than sorry" position.
"Last week, I did notice at least 11 different types of law enforcement vehicles in the Texas City police parking lot, something that is very strange here," said Watkins. "I alerted everybody, including the Galveston City Daily News."
And Feb. 2 TJ Aulds of the Galveston paper followed up with a story, citing the initial Arctic Beacon article, as well as checking FBI, Homeland Security and local who all reported the threats were a false alarm.
In the story, Shauna Dunlap, a spokesman for the FBI, said that there are "no credible or corroborated threats to the area."
Although authorities dismissed Capt. May's "red alert," the Galveston paper reported people driving down the Galveston Seawall Boulevard noticed "unmarked black trucks and sport utility vehicles bearing government license plates near crews setting up what appeared to be satellite or radar gear on the beach.
"The crews were wearing shirts," the article continued "embossed with the words, 'Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team,' a branch of the U.S. Defense Department."
Coincidently one day prior to the Galveston article, the New York Times for the first time revealed the use and establishment of the WMD Support Team in an unrelated article, saying the military unit had been recently formed to combat terrorist activity throughout the country.
But the Galveston story was quick to point out Texas City homeland security officials, including local Director Bruce Clawson, said the Arctic Beacon story and the arrival of the Weapons of Mass Destruction team were "little more the coincidental training exercises that may have been blown out of proportion."
"It's more than coincidence," said Capt. May Thursday on Greg Szymanski's radio show called Nightly Edition of the Investigative Journal. "We're trying to alert the American people of the next 911 and my intentions have always been to save and protect innocent lives by trying to head off the Bush Boys before they strike next."
Besides the WMD training exercise taking place on the Galveston beach, members of the military unit said they were participating in a series of seminars at the nearby Galveston San Luis Hotel & Conference Center, located near to where the unit had set up its radar equipment.

He is charged with federal violations of law, along with Reichwing Republican tendencies -- but we've charged him with high treason in helping to set up Texas City as the primary target for the Nuclear 911. Who knows how much affect the Texas City Inquest, our investigation into a Texas City Nuclear 911, is having on the political scene. Clearly, the idea that such analysis, connecting Delay to Bush to Nukes to Texas City, didn't help the Delay camp.
The Texas City Inquest is now gathering internet momentum, and is showing up strongly on the first page of a Google search of "Texas City Inquest."
